Structural design service was provided for the entirety of this two-story, luxurious, residence with private parking space and an outdoor pool. This project required a specific customized structural system in order to accommodate the complex and detail oriented design as well as a close personal interaction with the client, architect, landscaper and other consultants in order to come to an efficient structural system.
